Sungold Gardens

Due to the wet cold spring of 2011, we had to plow our sunflower field under in late June. As we could not get a handle on the weeds, Gerry at Sungold Gardens is trying to come up with a home made weeder that we can put on one of our 1948 tractors. We do have our seed for planting in 2012, and are hoping for an early spring.

Sungold Gardens grow Black Oil Sunflower Seeds for Wild Bird Seed and seasonal Fresh Cut Flowers to enjoy. All naturally grown in the North Thompson at our farm in Louis Creek, British Columbia, Canada. We plant, hand harvest and package Black Oil Sunflower Seeds for sale in 5, 10 or 20 lb. bags.

Sunflowers

Our sunflower field is not sprayed with pesticides or herbicides. We use all parts of the Sunflower plants. We encourage people to stop by our Sungold Gardens farm, for photos of the Helianthus annuus in full bloom. An amazing Sunflower site at Sungold Gardens!

Black Oil Sunflower Seeds

Our planting seeds were developed through traditional breeding methods and not derived using genetic engineering techniques. Sungold Gardens Black Oil Sunflower Seeds are the favorite first choice for wild birds at any feeder. Our sunflower seeds are non-GMO. What is non-GMO?
